    SBG Technology Solutions, Inc. (SBG), a DSS, Inc. company specializing in engineering, information technology, cyber-security, and training, is looking for results-oriented Contract Support Specialists, junior-, mid-, and senior-level individuals.     **OVERVIEW**:

    The Contract Support Specialists will support the U.S. Navys Carrier and Air Integration Program Office (PMW 750) and Ship Integration Program Office (PMW 760) of Program Executive Office (PEO) Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence (C4I). These positions are contingent upon contract award and will be located in San Diego, CA.

    **Key Responsibilities**:

    Support planning for future procurements (for example, Industry Days and Acquisition Strategies). Support market research activities to identify potential sources and contract vehicles for procurement efforts.

    Research and prepare documentation associated with a solicitation and Request for Proposal (RFP). Coordinating across government stakeholders, contracts, comptroller, and legal offices to create Requests for Proposal (RFP), Technical Data Packages (TDP), Requests for Information (RFI) and Sources Sought, Justification and Authorizations (J&A), and similar solicitation documents.

    Support to the Government in conducting post-award activities including but not limited to, supporting the Contracting Officer, Assistant Program Managers for contracts, and the Contracting Officers Representatives (COR) in day-to-day contract management activities such as maintaining contract file (contract, modifications, funding actions, etc.), tracking funding, and expenditures.

    Plan for and prepare contract modification requests (MRs) using Government systems such as Navy-Enterprise Resource Planning (N-ERP).

    Support the process for review, approval, and tracking of contract CDRLs.

    Support in processing Technical Direction Letters (TDLs), Task Orders, and Delivery Orders (DO). Create Bill of Materials (BOMs) and support BOM Deviation Request. Review Rough Order of Magnitudes (ROMs).

    **Position Requirements:**

    Current knowledge of and experience with DoD acquisition program contracting and contract management.

    All positions require: U.S. citizen with active DoD Secret (or above) Security Clearance.

    Junior-level:

    + Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field from an accredited college or university.

    + Minimum of two (2) years experience performing contract administration and/or acquisition planning in support of a DoD acquisition or integration program office (PEO/PMW).

    Mid-level:

    + Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field from an accredited college or university.

    + Minimum of four (4) years experience performing contract administration and/or acquisition planning in support of a DoD acquisition or integration program office (PEO/PMW).

    Senior-level:

    + Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field from an accredited college or university.

    + Minimum of seven (7) years experience performing contract administration and/or acquisition planning in support of a DoD acquisition or integration program office (PEO/PMW).

    + CPCM (Certified Professional Contract Manager), CFCM (Certified Professional Financial Manager), ICCM-D (Industry Certification in Contract Management Defense), or ICCM-F certification (Industry Certification in Contract Management Federal).
