    **Hours and Benefits for the Business Operations Coordinator:**

    + Monday Friday, 8:00 am-4:30 pm

    + $23.00/hour

    + Benefits package:

    + Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance offered after 60 days of employment, PTO, 401k with employer match

    **Responsibilities of the Business Operations Coordinator:**

    + Apply knowledge of IT Business Management to support IT initiatives and processes

    + Maintain software license data and ensure accuracy in the Software Licensing portal

    + Manage procurement activities for licensing needs and renewals

    + Ensure compliance is being met with various initiatives and projects

    + Contribute to reports on progress to procurement, vendor management, project managers, and operations teams

    **Requirements of the Business Operations Coordinator:**

    + Bachelors degree in Business or related field

    + 2 years of administrative experience
