    This role will interact with senior leadership and department VPs to lead planning, reporting, and business analysis. The ideal candidate must have experience in the SaaS industry and will bring advanced analytical and quantitative disciplines, ability to construct financial models for complex business questions, mature judgement and proactive communication. The position reports to the Vice President of Finance. The Finance department acts as the analytical engine of the company to provide insights and support proactive and optimal business decision-making.

    Responsibilities

    The below duties represent the primary duties of the position, other may be assigned as needed.
    • Responsible for disciplined budget and forecast, long range planning, evaluation of new and existing business, competitive benchmarking, recurring and ad-hoc deliverables, process improvement and efficiency, and talent management and development.
    • Lead and develop a team of high performing financial analysts, mentor them on career development, prioritize and guide projects to a timely completion, thoroughly review all deliverables for accuracy.
    • Partner with key stakeholders across the organization acting as a trusted financial/business advisor, enhance financial awareness and offer guidance in setting business priorities.
    • Act as the trusted business advisor to the functional budget owners providing data and high-quality easy to understand analysis that helps inform resource and investment allocation decisions.
    • Build relationships with the accounting team to monitor actuals and identify trends arising in the financials.
    • Identify and size potential revenue and cost opportunities across the organization.
    • Help Driving automation of systems and processes, as part of continuous process improvement.
    • Conduct variance analysis, outlining the cause of change versus budget, forecast, and prior year, highlighting risks and opportunities for improvement.
    • Support and maintain systems (Xactly, Adaptive etc..)
    Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance Required, MBA a Plus
    • 3-5+ years FP&A Management Experience
    • 7-10+ years in Finance role, preferably in high growth SaaS company.
    • Strong understanding of SaaS metrics and ability to create meaningful detailed analysis to inform decision.
    • Experience with Finance systems Adaptive insights, Workday, NetSuite a strong plus.
    • Familiarity with developing/maintaining operations headcount models.
    • Comfortable working autonomously and in guiding team of financial analysts to creatively solve analytical challenges.
    • Demonstrated ability to effectively develop planning calendars and meet deadlines.
