    POSITION PURPOSE:


    The data analyst position is to assist the THC with the management of all data required for its operation .

    This will include 1.

    The monitoring of the residency data software New Innovations for Resident Evaluations, Milestones, Resident's Scholarly Activities, Didactics Residents' Attendance, and maintenance of the NI dashboard.

    2. Data gathering from the electronic health record (E H R) for resident's research and quality improvement projects. 3. Custom reports for the DIO, Associate DIO, Program Directors, GME Manager and Program Coordinators and residents as requested.

    POSITION REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS:

    Education / Experience:
    Bachelor's degree with experience in managing New Innovations . Experienced in data management.

    Licensure / Certification:
    CPR Certification from the American Heart Association.

    Skills / Ability:


    Skilled or trainable in New Innovations software and in the preparation of reports for the Board of Directors, Graduate Medical Education Committee (GMEC), Clinical Competence Committee (CCC) and all other tasks related to Graduate medical education (GME).

    Ability to design, develop, test and maintain reports, and analyze, summarize and interprets clinical and business data across a broad platform of systems and analytical tools including Greenway Health's Practice Analytics.

    Ability and desire to communicate in email, in person and over the phone, as well as skills to effectively balance multiple competing priorities.


    POSITION RESPONSIBLITIES (THIS IS A NON-EXEMPT POSITION):
    Proficient in New Innovations Suite and its Management
    Provides report(s) to the DIO, ADIO, GME Manager, Program Coordinators as requested.
    Provides New Innovations training/assistance to the residents, faculty and staff as needed.
    Responsible for New Innovations Surveys and provides data results as needed.

    Maintains and upkeeps New Innovations updated with documentation uploaded to each residents' New Innovations files as required, including upload of ERAS documents, BIOs, copy of Medical School Diploma, ECFMG and other documents as needed.

    Set alerts for GME Manager and Coordinators of expiration of Residents' Licenses; CPR Certification expiration dates; Duty Hours violations alert to the Program Directors and Coordinators.

    Responsible for all Evaluation Matches to run effectively.
    Attend meetings as requested.
    Generate data from the E H R to support residents and faculty scholarly activities
    Report to work on time and ready to work with minimal absenteeism.
    Adheres to Confidentiality Policies and Procedures / HIPAA Regulations.
