Description

Whittingham is searching for a dedicated leader to join our team who embodies passion and a clear sense of purpose. With a rich history spanning over a century, we are pioneers in our industry. As part of this role, you will learn our efficient client servicing process for our existing 2,000 business clients while also nurturing new client relationships through referrals and leads. Additionally, you will be responsible for guiding a small team in performing these tasks. Over time, you will excel in training your team members, gradually transitioning into the role of Agency Director as you master our specialized systems and procedures. This position offers a competitive weekly compensation in the range of $70,000 to $85,000 in the first year on average.

Key Responsibilities:

Service existing client base
Explore new business opportunities in a B2B setting
Supervise team activities and monitor results
Provide training to onboard team members on existing systems
Regularly report field activities using a Salesforce-based CRM
Focus daily on recruitment, training, and leadership development

Required Skills / Desired Qualifications:

Outstanding organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
Proven time management abilities with a track record of meeting deadlines
Strong supervisory and leadership capabilities
Effective task prioritization and delegation skills
Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, occasionally stressful environment
Dedication to assisting individuals and fostering relationships
Experience in sales or customer service
Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
Community involvement inclination
Familiarity with CRMs (Salesforce experience preferred)

Licensing Requirements:

Valid driver’s license and authorization to work in the U.S. are mandatory
Must possess a clean background check and have personal transportation
Minimum 45-day evaluation period before progressing
