Responsibilities:

• Provide trading support for Fixed Income products, including client allocation, trade booking, and non-market related corrections.
• Handle inbound email requests from internal trading desks, business partners, and third-party investment managers.
• Process requests with proper vetting in a strict control environment, ensuring quality assurance.
• Conduct research and resolve exceptions, focusing on statistical reporting.
• Assist in the rollout of new technology and process improvement initiatives.
• Analyze current processes and make recommendations for enhancing flows and adding efficiencies.
• Build and maintain internal and external business relationships to support exceptional service.
• Interact with investment managers, product groups, compliance, risk, branch offices, and reconciliation partners to mitigate errors and resolve issues.
