    Work closely with the Field Director and complete MSW duties along with other office tasks.

    Specific Responsibilities Graduate Assistants in this position assist with the administrative tasks associated with the Department of Social Work. Responsibilities include any combination of the following: 1) developing data management skills through assisting the Field Director with updating and maintaining digital field internship data base; 2) developing community outreach skills by assisting the Field Director with recruiting agency volunteers to participate in the Fall 2024 Internship Provider Fair; 3) developing educational assessment skills by assisting the BSW Program Director in analyzing measurement outcomes data; 4) developing student recruitment skills by assisting the Department Chair with student orientation events; and 5) developing administrative skills by supporting the Department Chair in finalizing Self-Study documents for BSW reaffirmation and updating the Department website. Work Schedule We ask the student to work in person and log hours during normal business hours.

    8:00 AM-4:30 PM

    Job Duties Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    The Graduate Assistant would assist with the administrative tasks associated with the Department of Social Work. This position would include any combination of the following: Developing data management skills through assisting the Field Office with updating and maintaining digital field internship data base; developing educational assessment and student recruitment skills by assisting the MSW program in analyzing measurement outcomes data and assisting in outreach efforts in recruiting students to the program; developing student support skills by assisting the BSW program with transfer student orientation events; and gaining skills in simulation logistics by assisting faculty in coordinating off-site simulation activities.
