Our client is a large health plan located in NYC. They are in immediate need of a Director of Customer Service
-Lead call center operations overseeing 1 million annual calls.
-Drive customer satisfaction and trust, integral to member acquisition and retention.
-Establish and maintain performance metrics for optimal service delivery.
-Develop staff through training programs and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
-Represent the company in audits and professional associations, fostering continuous improvement in customer experience.
-Bachelor's Degree required with a minimum of 7 years' experience in large-scale call center management.
-Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills essential.
-MUST have at minimum a Bachelor's degree
