Account Representative Job DescriptionAs an Account Representative, you will participate in a two-year training program to gain sales experience and product knowledge while further developing the skills needed to become a successful sales representative.
We are looking for individuals who can cultivate strong relationships with customers in a designated territory. You will be responsible for understanding their business needs and identifying areas of opportunity. We believe in treating both customers and associates with respect.
The role involves cold calling potential customers to grow a book of business while focusing on being green and continuously opening new opportunities. You will efficiently plan your week ahead to prioritize customer stops and territory growth using our unique bottom-up approach.
You must demonstrate our products' value and quality to potential customers highlighting the significant investment we make into American-made products approximately 80% of our spend
Your goal is to meet or exceed sales quotas by following proven company programs learned through workshops which have helped us achieve double-digit growth every five years As part of this role, you must maintain accurate records of daily activities using our systems while providing exceptional support to customers.
