    Operations Team Lead

    Micro Auto Paint & Supplies, Inc. is looking for an experienced Operations Team Lead for our growing Columbus, OH location. Micro Auto Paint & Supplies, Inc. is an industry leader in automotive paint and supplies to the automotive industry. Micro Auto Paint & Supplies, Inc. uses BASF paint products. The Operations Lead will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing operations processes and systems to ensure a high level of efficiency and customer satisfaction. The role requires excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to lead a team of operations personnel. This position will report to the Operations Manager. This full-time, permanent, position is through the Hire Power agency. Hours are fixed at 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday with some OT.

    Operations Lead Duties and Responsibilities:

    · Develop, implement, and manage operational processes and systems to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction

    · Monitor and evaluate operational performance and recommend improvements

    · Provide guidance and support to operations personnel

    · Monitor and manage inventory levels

    · Develop and implement policies and procedures

    · Manage the day-to-day operations of the organization

    · Maintain records of operational activities

    · Analyze data to identify areas for improvement

    · Assist in budgeting and forecasting

    · Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulation

    Operations Lead Requirements and Qualifications:

    · Bachelor's degree in business, operations, or related field

    · 1+ years of experience in operational management is required

    · Solid understanding of operational processes and systems

    · Excellent leadership skills

    · Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

    · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    · Able to work independently and as part of a team

    · Proficient in Microsoft Office and other related software
