Job summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Painter to join our construction and renovation team.The ideal candidate will have experience in residential, commercial, and industrial painting projects,
with a strong understanding of various painting techniques,surface preparation,and finishing.
Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning,sanding caulking plastering and applying primer to ensure optimal paint adhesion.
- Apply paint,stain,varnish or other finishes using brushes rollers airless paint sprayers or other equipment.
- Read blueprints schematics and construction drawings to determine project scope and specifications.
