    This role will lead integration of many complex schedules, processes, and supporting functional organizations to meet production requirements for a portfolio of programs within ADP
    What You Will Be Doing


    • Leads Supervisors, Technical Leads and manufacturing activities including facilities and capital planning, tool utilization, manufacturing plans, workflows and crew loading
    • Assigns work priority to manufacturing planning, manufacturing engineers, industrial engineers, quality engineers, production control and inspection
    • Assures the timeliness and accuracy of all records
    Manages direct, indirect and allocated Business Unit Budgets


    • Uses earned value management tools to manage production task execution
    • Responsible for strategy and execution
    • Coordinates employee recruitment, training, performance, work assignments, etc
    • Ensures adherence to company policies and procedures

    Daily Responsibilities include:

    • Overall strategy and execution of manufacturing, supervisors, technical leads, manufacturing engineers, manufacturing planners, industrial engineers, production control, quality and inspection for the operations.
    • Work group performance to budget and schedule targets.
    • Work group conformance to core processes.
    • Coordination with manufacturing engineering to provide technical input to employees
    • Staffing line analysis and planning
    • Performing yearly performance assessments and review for salaried employees.
    • Verifying products meet requirements through inspections and tests
    • Ensuring tooling, workplace layouts and staffing are aligned with quality, cost and schedule requirements
    • Identifying and implementing changes to improve quality, schedule and cost / CAM.
    • Reinforcing a culture that values and embraces
    • Foreign Object Damage prevention
    • Ensuring certification of employees who perform certification required tasks
    • Presenting to Executives on Regular Basis
    • Providing a safe work environment and takes timely corrective action to correct unsafe conditions
    Assuring employees and leadership comply with defined Core processes and submits changes/exception to defined processes that are program specific

    Basic Qualifications:

    • 5+ years Aerospace Production leadership experience, with at least 2 years in a fabrication environment.
    • Documented ability to successfully manage multiple programs or sites at once.
    • Project management and decision making experience utilizing business and financial acumen
    • Multiple roles with Aerospace Manufacturing, Fabrication, Assembly, Integration, &/or Systems Checkout field
    • Active Secret Clearance required to apply

    Desired Skills:

    • Experience within the composite or ultra high temperature material fabrication field.
    • Experience certifying a site to AS9100 specifications
    • Experience in new team creation and program startup
    • Excellent interpersonal skills needed for collaboration, communication and presentation Customer Interface
    • Ability to manage, coach, train and motivate team in technical and leadership development
    • Demonstrated positive employee engagement with utilization of Culture of Accountability (COA) and Full Spectrum Leader (FSL) techniques
    • Strategic thinking and alignment of tech strategy with product realization

    Ability to Work Remotely:
    Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

    Work Schedules:
    Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees
    Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed

    These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

    Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week

    Pay Rate:
    The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, or Washington is $107,400 - $205,900

    PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year
    This position is incentive plan eligible.

    Pay Rate:
    The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $123,500 - $232,800
