- Using Mastercam, create and edit CNC programs that support the machining of complex, precision metal components on multiple-axis CNC milling machining centers.
- Perform technical data package review of components that require fabrication.
- Perform machining process development and optimization.
- Identify, select, and procure appropriate tooling for job specific applications.
- Perform program prove-out validation.
- Troubleshoot and solve set-up, dimensional, and other out of spec features.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities and incorporate required design changes.
- Support high-performing cross-function teams achieve program schedule, performance goals, mitigate manufacturing risks, and improve operational efficiency.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Experience in macro programming.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 10 years of related experience.

What You'll Do (Essential Job Functions):
You unlock the potential of precision machining. As a CNC Programmer, you will develop complex parts and optimize machining processes for production manufacturing. You will work closely with engineers to meet demanding standards and drive production excellence. Job Information:
This is a full-time, permanent position. This position is eligible for the employer-sponsored benefits listed under "Vitesse Systems is Proud to Offer." This position is considered non-exempt hourly basis and eligible for overtime pay.
Pay range: $36.60-$59.00 per hour, based on qualifications and experience.
