Role Description

The Senior Controls Engineer position is full-time and on-site in the Detroit Metropolitan Area. The Senior Controls Engineer will be in charge of day-to-day duties such as Controls/PLC software development, PLC programming, and

troubleshooting/development.

They will use their skills to create and deploy automation solutions, work on machine vision projects, and engage with cross-functional teams to achieve project success.

Qualifications
Advanced Controls Software Development Experience with Allen-Bradley

Studio5000/FactoryTalk

View and Siemens TIA Portal
Experience in machine vision is beneficial.
Experience with motion control (servo drives, VFDs, and actuators)
Strong foundation in electrical engineering and electrical hardware design, utilizing AutoCAD and EPlan software.
Knowledge of different automation systems, applications, and technology
Demonstrates strong problem-solving and analytical ability, as well as excellent communication and cooperation.
Experience in industrial applications and controllers.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, as well as experience integrating robotic systems.
