Description

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Shipping Coordinator who can demonstrate good attendance, attention to detail and multi-tasking ability to work in an office setting for a client in Appleton, WI.

Clean and highly organized office space with meticulously maintained warehouse facility attached.

*Responsibilities & Requirements

• Process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner
• Comply with US Custom regulations of the Department of Commerce
• Apply for export licenses through the US Department of Commerce
• Maintain accurate shipping records
• Track and trace shipments, researching and resolving issues regarding billing or shipping discrepancies
• Strong oral and written communication skills REQUIRED
• Shipping, BOL, FedEx, UPS, DHL and 3PL experience REQUIRED
• ERP systems experience REQUIRED
• International shipping experience STRONGLY PREFERRED
• 1st Shift: Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm (flexible)
