    Responsibilities:

    Leadership and Strategy:
    Lead a team of professionals in managing and optimizing our ground systems technology. Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.

    Oversee the administration, integration, and optimization of specific ground systems technologies, including Zafire, Inform GroundStar Planning, Realtime, and Workforce Plus.

    Ensure these systems are leveraged to their full potential to meet our business needs.
    Utilize BI tools to analyze data, generate insights, and produce actionable reports to support decision-making. Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to monitor performance metrics and identify improvement opportunities.
    Lead initiatives to integrate ground systems technology with other corporate systems and processes. Identify and implement process improvements and technological solutions to enhance operational effectiveness.
    Exhibit outstanding customer engagement skills, working closely with the business on both regional and global levels.

    Act as a key liaison between the technology team and business units, ensuring alignment of technological solutions with business objectives.

    Manage and deliver technology projects on time and within budget. Apply best practices in project management to ensure successful outcomes.
    Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards. Stay abreast of technological advancements and best practices in the passenger service industry to drive continuous improvement.

    Minimum Requirements:
    Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

    Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Airline Passenger Service industry, with a strong understanding of ground operations and logistics.

    Proven experience with Zafire, Inform GroundStar Planning, Realtime, and Workforce Plus systems.
    Strong background in Business Intelligence, data analysis, and reporting.
    Demonstrated ability to manage and integrate complex systems and processes.
    Exceptional customer engagement and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely with regional and global business units.
    Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven track record of leading successful projects.
    Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
    Fluent in English, with superior written and verbal communication skills. Additional languages are a plus.
