- You would serve the community of St. George and Hurricane, Utah
- Your hours will be flexible with no call
- You would see a maximum of three patients a day in their home
- You could expect to work 10-16 hours/month
- Master's degree or higher in Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Studies.
- Current state licensure as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA).
- Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health's credentialing process
- Current driver's license, insurance, reliable transportation, and an acceptable driving record to travel to deliver care where needed in a safe and timely fashion.
