    Description

    Description:Press Brake Operator for Amada EG 4010 Machine
    Responsibilities

    • Set up and operate Amada press brakes using proper tools and methods
    • Calibrate brakes daily before beginning production
    • Choose tooling by studying part drawings
    • Select programs for CNC controls for proper bending dimensions and tolerance
    • Work to standard and precision fabrication tolerances - **bend angles / flange lengths
    • Set and adjust dies
    • Verify material required for jobs; correct type and thickness (**digital calipers/protractors)
    • Inspect and measure parts for quality according to specification
    • Secondary de-burring of parts as required per special jobs
    • Be responsible to maintain a clean and orderly work area

    Sheet Metal materials:
    Aluminum & Stainless Steel
    Skills:Press brake, Machine operating, Blueprint, calipers, flange, micrometer, brake press machines, sheet metal fabrication
    Additional Skills & Qualifications:

    • Familiarity with AMADA press Brakes preferred
    • Must have good mechanical aptitude and math skills
    • Strong attention to detail and qualityPay range is
      $22-$28 per hour based on experience. Looking for candidates with strong Sheet Metal experience. OT Available.
