Position Description About:

• Work with project teams to coordinate and create takeoffs for various types of concrete construction projects.
• Review project documents, plans, and specifications to identify material and labor requirements.
• Utilize takeoff software to determine quantities of materials, labor, and equipment needed for a project.
• Prepare accurate estimates for concrete projects.
• Assist with budget analysis for project materials and labor.
• Assist in the preparation of estimates and bids for projects.
• Provide technical support to project teams when needed. PM22 Position Requirements You might be a great fit if you have:

• A BA/BS degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field is the minimum formal education required for this position. A combination of equivalent work experience and training in the field may qualify. 2-3 years of experience in a construction environment preferred.
• Proficiency or experience with project/estimating related software including PlanSwift, On-Screen Takeoff and HCSS/Heavy Bid is a plus.
• Working knowledge of Bluebeam.
• Prior experience with a Computer-Aided Design (CAD) system or Tekla is a plus but not required.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problemsolving skills.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Advanced knowledge of Excel is a MUST).
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
