- Test water and add chemicals as needed.
- Empty skimmers and pump strainer.
- Vacuum pool and remove debris from floor.
- Brush steps, walls and tiles.
- Skim debris off surface.
- Check pool equipment.
- Backwash filters.
- Record work performed.
- Quickly and clearly communicate internally and with customers through email and messaging applications.
- Maintain inventory of chemicals, parts and supplies as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Able to pass a pre-employment background check.
- Valid Driver's License, a minimum of 3 years of driving history, and clean driving record.
- Dependability and trustworthiness.
- Attention to detail and customer service skills.
- Ability to take instruction and adapt to new methods/systems.
- Proper swimming pool cleaning methods and techniques.
- Proper use of swimming pool chemicals.
- Ability to work independently and maintain a schedule and workload.
- Maintain positive and cooperative working relationship with co-workers.
- Lift and carry objects weighing up to 100 pounds.
- Stand for extended periods of time.
- Ability to work outdoors during all seasons.
