Job DescriptionSalary:

The materials planner is responsible for coordinating and managing the supply of raw materials, components, and finished products. They will work closely with production teams to ensure that materials are available when needed and to avoid shortages or excess inventory. Materials planners also monitor inventory levels and negotiate contracts to ensure that the company receives high-quality materials.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Identify material specification and bill of material to help warehousing and supply chain team with inventory management.
Perform material stocking and cycle count in the warehouse to ensure traceability with warehouse supervisor.
Material Planning and tracking for both international and state-side purchases.
Ensure all the project planning and material control work can be accomplished in an efficient and timely manner.

Basic Qualifications:

Business diploma/ degree.
Supply chain and material planning experience.
PC literate with experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access.
Great attention to detail.
Excellence in planning and organizing multiple projects with competing demands and deadlines.
A team player and able to multi-task in a highly cross-functional team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge in semiconductor industry.
Construction and logistic experience preferred.
1 year of supervisory experience preferred.
Bilingual: Mandarin and English, or Spanish and English.
