    Position Title: FLEET COORDINATOR

    Location: FIELD OFFICE

    FLSA Class: EXEMPT

    Responsible to: REMOTE OPERATIONS LEADER

    Position Summary: The Fleet Coordinator manages the administrative side of asset movement for power and gas operations by assisting with fleet movements, data entry, coordinating with accounting, payroll, and providing other duties related to asset movements. This role performs a mix of administrative, logistical, and assistant-type duties while supporting the team for optimal productivity.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Provide administrative support to the power and gas operations team pertaining to fleet movements.
    • Coordinate activities throughout the operations group to ensure efficiency and maintain compliance with company policy.
    • Responsible for coordinating asset movement with accounting.
    • Review and assist with coding of assets.
    • Monitor and analyze fleet utilization to ensure efficient use of resources. Recommend adjustments to vehicle allocation to optimize performance.
    • Compile reports and distribute them as necessary.
    • Reconcile asset information, ensuring that all paperwork is complete, accurate, and recorded appropriately.
    • Other tasks as required by the company.
    Other Requirements:
    • Proven experience in fleet coordination, logistics, or related role.
    • Proven administrative experience.
    • Strong time-management skills and multitasking ability.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Solid interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
    • Ability to adapt to changing situations in a calm and professional manner.
    • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Proactive and independent with the ability to take the initiative.
