Work as one of a team for maximum effectiveness and optimal task methods which include operating equipment product inspections raw material finished goods movements area equipment cleaning Repair adjust production equipment to produce parts which conform to quality specifications Perform all job tasks to obtain a production rate equal to or greater than established standards Perform changeovers line clearance Troubleshoot equipment including dismantling reassembling parts Facilitate continuous operation equipment through breaks Adjustable flexible work schedule needed manufacturing operation requirements Instruct employees concerning proper jobs methodshours7PM - 7AM

Essential FunctionsSet-up operate machines manufacture product conforms quality specifications rated output Continually monitor operations product quality equipment performance final QC lot acceptance Notify QC Representative cell leader/shift supervisor quality problemsRepair adjust trouble-shoot machinery including dismantling replacement parts reassembling Seek assistance necessary people outside department engineers controls group tool room etcMaintain thorough knowledge products produced department raw materials required product quality specificationsMaintain accurate documentation PPH scrapwaste SAP MES transactions etcMaintain clean organized work areaSupport delivery raw materials supplies spare parts production line neededNotify facilitator shift lead/shift supervisor issues machine operators help develop corrective strategyPerform PM tasks assigned by facilitator Work process techs complete PM tasks coordinate completion additional repairs during PMPropose process improvements improve cost efficiency productivity equipment while maintaining change controlMust familiar controlled documents Work Instructions Forms preventative maintenance task lists equipment manuals pertain operation all equipment on linProactively participate safety continuous improvement activities within work area provide instruction operators Behavior Based Safety proceduresexecutes duties assigned by facilitator shift lead/shift supervisormay correct problems off shifts call-in basis Ensure efficient shift transfer effective communicationParticipate fully achieve departments safety goalDebrief accidents implement solutions eliminate root causeto other duties as assigndMinimum RequirementH.S.
