- Develop and maintain vendor management policies, processes, and and performance frameworks
- Align vendor strategy with IT and business objectives to support transformation and efficiency initiatives
- Negotiate and manage vendor contracts, with accountability for SLAs and KPIs
- Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and risk management requirements
- Design and implement vendor scorecards and performance metrics
- Lead quarterly performance reviews and provide insights to leadership
- Manage vendor financial planning and cost optimization initiatives
- Identify opportunities for savings through benchmarking and competitive sourcing
- Act as the escalation point for vendor issues and resolution
- Partner with procurement, legal, and IT teams to manage vendor lifecycle processes
- Drive automation and continuous improvement in vendor management
- Lead or support Vendor Management System (VMS) implementations
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 7+ years of experience in vendor management, procurement, or IT governance
- Strong knowledge of vendor management tools and service delivery models
- Proven negotiation and vendor relationship management expertise
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks and governance standards
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving
