- Maintain accurate loan tracking by monitoring incoming loan doc requests and ensuring necessary underwriting conditions have been cleared for doc prep.
- Communicate effectively with clients and escrow agents to resolve any additional items needed for doc prep.
- Data entry into loan tracking system must be timely and accurate, following standard procedures.
