- Management experience in a Union facility.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing.
- Expert level in leadership, team building, project planning, and problem solving and analytical skills.
- Experience in metallurgy, high complexity assembly, and OE warranty is preferred.
- Strong Knowledge in AIAG core tools; FMEA/PPAP/APQP/MSA and SPC.
- Computer proficiency in MS Office
