    Role Overview

    To support our rapid growth, we seek an FP&A Associate who will play an integral role in developing the firm's budget, monthly financial and key reporting, and assist in special projects as needed.

    Responsibilities

  • Responsible for month-end reporting and analysis on performance against budget and prior years
  • Partner with the AVP of FP&A and CFO on the annual budgeting and monthly forecasting process

  • Work closely with firm leadership to help drive insights around department-specific financial reporting and KPIs

  • Perform complex analysis which will entail connecting multiple data sources to help identify trends and support strategic decision-making

  • Help optimize the use and education of the firm's budgeting and financial tool, Adaptive Insights

  • Assist with M&A diligence and integration support as needed

    Qualifications and Desired Skills

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience

  • Advanced Excel abilities

  • Experience using Adaptive Insights, Tableau, Salesforce, and/or FinancialForce is a plus

  • Motivated self-starter that works with a sense of urgency and is able to collaborate with individuals and teams to drive results

  • Employs a roll up your sleeves, go-getter, and curious attitude

  • Excellent analytical/critical thinking skills along with the ability to discern and communicate relevant facts and narrative

  • Ability to effectively work on multiple projects in a deadline-oriented environment and proactively communicate key insights.

    Salary range: $90,000-100,000, plus may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. The salary range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications, practice area, and other business and organizational needs.
