    Job Overview - How You'll Contribute:

    Are you a creative, outgoing, and able to network with others? We are adding a Customer Experience Champion to our Team at Frontier Harley-Davidson to work on our Rider Experience Team. In this role you will have the responsibility for handling all bike prospecting activities for both inventory and rider databases. You will be part of a Team, working in a fast-paced, fun, and friendly environment Associates receive discounts on Motorclothes purchases, Rider Academy and bike purchases No riding required~ Join us today (Pay $16+ Bonuses)
    • Purchase bikes by utilizing social media and private party bike listing sites.
    • Locate new prospects and follow-up until a transaction occurs.
    • Provide a kick-ass rider experience.
    • Become familiar with new products, features and accessories - communicate their benefits to riders.
    • Full-time 40 hours, Saturdays are a MUST
    • Pay $16 per hour plus commissions.
    • No riding required
    Qualifications - What You Need to be Successful:
    • Have a love of all things motorcycle and the motorcycle culture.
    • Self-Starter.
    • Ability to exceed Customer needs/expectations by asking questions in a professional manner, listening to the rider, and documenting those needs.
    • The ability to prioritize tasks and utilize time management.
    • High energy and a positive attitude.
    • Perform bending, pushing, climbing, leaning, twisting, reaching, kneeling, crouching, and other maneuvers associated with the position.
    • Must be able to pass a drug, physical, and back screening.
