    Job Description

    We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our Internal Medicine Practice team.

    The ideal candidate will conduct comprehensive health assessments of patients, formulate treatment plans, and provide appropriate documentation of patient encounters.

    • Prescribe medications accurately and administer them according to guidelines.
    • Collaborate with physicians, coworkers, and supervisory staff to ensure effective patient care.
    • Consult with supervising physicians on complex cases and advise on necessary follow-up actions.
    • Maintain accurate records and adhere to quality improvement policies.
    • Exhibit expertise in patient communication and demonstrate cultural sensitivity.
    • Promote positive customer relations and maintain a professional appearance.
    • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current in the field.
    • Comply with attendance policies and contribute to a productive work environment.
