POSITION SUMMARY:
The Home Health Aide provides personal care, comfort measures, and environmental services in a patient's home as directed by the Registered Nurse (RN), Occupational Therapist(OT), or Physical Therapist (PT) to achieve the goals and objectives of a medically directed plan of care.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
High School graduate or G.E.D.
Successful completion of a nursing assistant program and be SC Certified Nursing Assistant
CPR certification.
One year (minimum) experience in a health care setting.
Demonstrates the ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.
Valid SC drivers license and an acceptable driving record
