Job summary
We are seeking a Loan Servicing Agent to join our team at Richwood Bank. This is a full-time position that requires knowledge of the loan process and strong communication skills.
The successful candidate will maintain daily, weekly and monthly reports to ensure all loans, loan payments and loan payoffs are accurate in our Core system. They will also process all escrow distributions, loan payoff requests and lien releases.
This role involves maintaining reports such as non-post rate change file maintenance report weekly ticklers past due note exceptions UCC expiring PMI cancel non-activated note file exceptions renew county state UCC's every five years manage tickler reports for crop insurance flood insurance hazard insurance prepare satisfaction of mortgages process loan payoffs checks wires prepare payoff quotes print 1098 notices upon request release liens on car titles/UCC's send paid notes to customers complete all participation payment wires pay escrowed tax insurance payments twice yearly monitor correct Freddie Mac servicing errors daily month go through mail scan each login track obtain policies over two million force place policies audit preparation work with auditors scanning indexing documents filing collateral documents create maintain SOPs run escrow analysis mail out surplus checks order customer coupon books process change terms documents maintain assigned work hours work others team environment accept direction from supervisors ensures completed accurate validates data entered paying close attention details received entered.
