    Description
    *Job Title: Maintenance Technician**Location: Azusa, CA**1st Shift: Sunday - Thursday or Thursday - Tuesday, 6:00 am - 2:30 pm (must be flexible to start between 3:00am - 10:00 am)
    *Pay Range: $ $26.00 per hour (DOE)
    *General Purpose:
    • Responsible for routinely inspecting equipment and performing basic maintenance duties as necessary.
    *Essential Functions:
    • Routinely inspect equipment.
    • Evaluate integrity of equipment and determine potential equipment failure or actual equipment failure.
    • Identify when equipment items (e.g. sprocket, bearing shaft, chain, gearbox) are worn out and need to be replaced
    • Report any problems to the maintenance supervisor.
    • Perform preventative maintenance repairs as needed.
    • Perform basic maintenance duties as necessary
    • Maintain operational ability and integrity of all equipment.
    • Lubricate all equipment as necessary and assure everything is lubricated by the way it accepts the lubrication.
    • Determine oil condition and contaminates.
    • Understand pneumatics, hydraulic basic controls, and general operations.
    • Operate equipment
    • Operate all equipment and machines (e.g. conveyors, augers, pumps, etc.) in order to perform necessary maintenance procedures.
    • Operate megger, amp probe, and vibration instruments.
    • Maintain all required records and documents

    *Responsibilities
    • Keep work area clean and free of clutter and debris.
    • Follow all food safety (GMP) and general safety guidelines.
    • Complete other tasks as assigned.
