Job Description2nd shift Quality Inspector-Waukesha
Pay: $35 - $38 per hour BOE
Days: Mondays Through Fridays
Hours: 2pm to 10pm
Terms: Contract to Hire
Duties: Investigate practices and procedures and perform internal quality system audit to determine quality standards and whether these standards are being met. Implement corrective action as required. Performs complete layout inspection, using precision instruments such as micrometers, calipers, dial indicator, and CMM, to ensure product meets specifications, CMM operation and programming a plus.
Level II qualification in at least three Nondestructive testing methods (PT,MT,VT,UT), Perform all NDE inspections that the technician is qualified for per SNT-TC-1A standard. This may include utilizing Liquid Penetrant Testing, Magnetic Particle Inspections, Ultrasonic Testing and Visual Inspections, Technical Degree preferred but will consider work experience of lieu of degree, CWI Required with 2+ years of technical experience, Intermediate level or higher computer skills
