    What You'll Be Doing

    As a state income & franchise tax senior, you will be utilizing your prior technical experience to help clients navigate their tax compliance requirements as well as playing an instrumental role in the multistate consulting and planning process.

    You will be responsible for adhering to workflow deadlines and proactively addressing multistate matters related to the client engagement. This role presents a unique opportunity for meaningful professional development in a team-oriented group with limited travel expectations.

    What We're Looking For:
    A minimum of 2 years of relevant tax experience at a public accounting firm (preferably a Big 4, national, regional, or large local firm)
    Significant multi-state income tax compliance experience with both corporate and pass-through entities, as well as individual owners of multi-state pass-through entity interests
    Experience working with clients on state income & franchise tax matters including nexus and sourcing of revenues
    Ability to serve as a firm technical resource for multistate tax issues
    Ability to develop and enhance the firm's state income & franchise tax specialty area
    CPA certification
    Excellent tax research skills
    Strong written and verbal communication skills
    Excellent technology, project management and presentation skills
    Advanced degree in taxation preferred
