    Are you a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) looking for interesting job openings in the healthcare sector? We currently have multiple positions available at a skilled nursing facility in Highland.

    Responsibilities of a Licensed Practical Nurse:

    • Provide top-quality nursing care to elderly patients in a skilled nursing facility.
    • Work closely with healthcare professionals to devise and execute patient care plans.
    • Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
    • Regularly monitor and evaluate patient conditions, promptly reporting any changes or issues.
    • Ensure adherence to medical protocols and maintain precise documentation.
    • Create a caring and supportive atmosphere for patients and their families.

    Qualifications for a Licensed Practical Nurse:
    • Must hold a valid and unrestricted LPN license in New York State.
    • Prior experience in skilled nursing facilities, especially with elderly patients, is highly desirable.
    • Demonstrated clinical skills and the ability to assess patient requirements effectively.
    • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Current CPR certification and knowledge of medical compliance standards.
