Job Summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing nursing care to our residents.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for elder care and a desire to make a difference in the lives of others.

Responsibilities

Provide nursing care to residents, including medication administration, wound care, and monitoring vital signs
Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding
Monitor residents' health and well-being and report any changes to the nurse
Complete documentation and reports as required
Provide leadership and guidance to LPNs and CNAs
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide the best possible care for residents

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited RN nursing program
Current RN license in the state you are working in
Valid CPR certification
Previous clinical or healthcare experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to lift and transfer residents
