Are you a highly-motivated multi-family property management professional ready to take on a new challenge?

Newbury Living, a well-established and growing property management company, is looking for a Leasing Agent to work with a team at two HUD-subsidized apartment communities in Burlington, Iowa. This is a full-time position with benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Market and lease apartments to maintain high occupancy
• Execute certification of income and assets for residents at move-in & annually in a timely manner
• Collect and process rent and security deposit payments
• Adhere to fair housing laws and Newbury Living processes & procedures
• Provide professional resident relations

Qualifications:

• HUD and/or LIHTC property management experience preferred
• 3+ years of apartment management experience preferred
• Excellent problem-solving, verbal and written communication skills, and computer skills
• Must possess a valid Iowa driver's license and vehicle insurance
• Must pass a background check and drug screening
