    This is a Job Description for an DC Operations Pickers/Packers in Southaven, Mississippi

    Duties & Responsibilities:

    Prepare orders which includes picking of stock. Unload cartons, build boxes and follow instructions as required by warehouse management. Sort through inventory, label, and pack items as instructed by warehouse management. Develop productive working relationships with colleagues. Communicate effectively with colleagues, managers, other warehouse staff. Be aware of and to follow all safety guidelines. Ensure accuracy in all paperwork and delivery quantities. Assist in other duties as reasonably requested by the Warehouse Manager

    Requirements

    and Qualifications[]{# Hlk }[]{# Hlk }

    : Must have 6 months' work experience in a similar environment; strongly preferred. Flexibility required to work extended hours and weekends, as needed. Must be able to read, write and speak English. Must be able to lift to 25lbs. Must be able to stand for an 8-hour shift.
