- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering or related field with a minimum GPA of 2.5/4.0.
- Experience showing mechanical aptitude a plus
- Excellent communication skills required - oral and written
- Good multi-tasking skills
- Ability to drive for results is essential
- Ability to do logical problem solving
- Basic understanding of engineering principles
- Willingness and desire to learn.
