- Assist Attorneys in all necessary aspects of preparing for trial
- Loading, presenting case evidence during trial proceedings
- Produce opening and closing PowerPoint demonstrations
- Setting up for the courtroom, overseeing all technology, documents and electronic media for presentation
- Handling and crafting case timelines, graphics and media

The ideal Trial Support Specialist will have demonstrable experience:
- 2+ years' law firm Trial Support Specialist experience required
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Fully versed in Microsoft Excel
- Strong clerical skills for organizing and maintaining documents and records, including
managing confidential information- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and accuracy What's on Offer
The Trial Support Specialist will receive:
- Competitive salary c. $90,000 - $100,000 depending on experience
- Overtime eligible
- Non-exempt role
