    Job Description:


    As a Project Lead, your primary responsibilities will encompass project organization, the creation of deadlines and milestones, and active collaboration with internal teams to ensure efficient management of both timelines and budgets.

    A key facet of this position involves proactive problem-solving, wherein you will be expected to identify potential challenges, conduct thorough analyses, and formulate effective solutions.

    You love binge-watching American Pickers and falling asleep to Storage Wars. You excel as a professional communicator and thrive on being a detail-oriented, analytical problem solver.

    Navigating a cross-functional team is a breeze for you, and you feel at ease creating and implementing new processes to streamline day-to-day operations.

    Key Responsibilities:
    Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams and Sales to maintain team cohesion.
    Analyze data as required.
    Assess project performance using appropriate methods.
    Continuously monitor and improve ongoing projects.
    Coordinate internal resources and collaborate with third-party vendors for project execution.
    Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
    Cultivate relationships with third-party vendors and key stakeholders.
    Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
    Implement risk management to mitigate potential project issues.
    Make informed decisions for project progression.
    Manage various administrative tasks, including meeting organization and other assignments.
    Supervise relationships with clients and project stakeholders.
    Support Sales team members in defining schedules and client deliverables.
    Track reports and ensure timely project delivery.


    Candidate Qualifications:
    Able to work effectively in both team and independent settings.
    Demonstrated leadership, excellent communication, and negotiation skills.
    Experienced in understanding the complete project lifecycle.
    Proficient in Microsoft Office.
    Proficient in project management, meeting timelines and deadlines.
    Proven track record as a project administrator.
    Strong communicator adept at multitasking.
    Team-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
    Understanding of online marketplaces.


    Compensation:
    The compensation for this position is $21 to $24. per hour, depending on experience (DOE), and includes eligibility for bonuses. As part of our startup team, we are experiencing rapid expansion, providing ample opportunities for professional growth.
