    About the Role:
    The Backend Engineer designs, architects, and engineers our FinTech Platform.

    The Backend Engineer has experience working on the full lifecycle of a SaaS development project and works well in a collaborative team environment.

    Primary Responsibilities
    Understanding how to work with several languages, frameworks, and databases including Python, Flask, PostgreSQL, RabbitMQ, Apache, Bash, etc.
    Collaborating with your team to design new enhanced features; successfully integrating data between various systems
    Ensuring the scalability and quality of all code.

    Required Education and Experience:
    Bachelor's degree in computer science or related software engineering field or other formal technical training
    3+ years experience, with focus on Python
    Technical skills to include;

    Flask, SQLAlchemy, Jinja2
    Docker
    Git

    AWS
    SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g. PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis)
    Servers (e.g. SQLAlchemy, Nginx, Haproxy)
    Bash

    Ability to learn quickly, take ownership, and provide direction on projects that involve various functions and levels of co-workers
    Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
