    Requirements

    Medical degree (MD or DO) with active and unrestricted medical license
    Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience
    Previous experience in a leadership or management role

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    Ability to collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals and stakeholders
