Weekend Requirements:
Yes; weekend shifts every 6-8 weeks

On Call Requirements:
No MANDATED

Job Requirements:
Providers needed to start in September. Must have an active FL license. Must not have any prior malpractice history or background issues. Must have Full-time Open Availability.


Types of Cases:

Diverse mix of cases including Ortho, General, GYN, Urology, Neuro, Spine, Plastics, Eyes, Endo, EP, IR, OB, optional Cardiac, and Neuro iMRI team, bariatric.

No Peds/Trauma/Transplants.


One required procedure:
spinal and epidural preferred but not required


EMR:

Cerner Life Support Requirements:
ACLS, BLS

Shift Days:
Mon-Fri Minimum Number of shifts per month: Prefer full-time coverage; minimum 15 shifts per month
