- Provide overnight care while parents and caregivers sleep, ensuring the patients safety and comfort.
- Administer medications and other prescribed treatments as ordered.
- Coordinate care with the family, the patients physician and other healthcare professionals.
- Creates positive relationships by serving in a compassionate, responsive and courteous manner.
- Works Overnight andWeekends.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; BSN within 3 years of hire (or Masters degree in nursing)
- 1 year or more professional registered nursing experience
- Current license to practice as an RN in the State of Delaware
- IV proficient (new hires will receive training and be IV proficient within 3 months of hire)
- Education # 2 IV statewide requirement 2406, 2407, 2408, 2409
- Valid drivers license with proof of insurance.
- Tracheostomy and ventilator experience a plus

ChristianaCare Private Duty serves patients throughout the state of Delaware, and has needs on specific cases for which we are recruiting, including a 10p-6a shift and a 9p-5a shift, as well as some day shift hours.
