    Summary
    • Position Summary
      • Under the direction of a Radiologist, the Multi Modality Technologist performs radiographic procedures utilizing diagnostic imaging equipment. The ability to perform a variety of technical procedures requiring independent judgment ingenuity and initiative. Works directly with patients, physicians and other healthcare providers in the clinical setting. Supports the mission, vision and values of the organization.

        Recognizes the purpose of employment is to prioritize the patient as number one, and to put forth the utmost quality as a Technologist.

        Multi-Modality Technologist performs more than one modality and may include one or more of the following; Diagnostic Medical Sonography, Mammography and CT. Please refer to individual modality job descriptions. This role is a Radiologic Technologist and CT Technologist hybrid role, floating between the two as needed.
    • Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
      • Education: Completion of a two year approved School of Radiologic Technology. Successfully passed the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist's Examination.
      • License/Certifications: Valid state radiology registration as required by state law. RQI BLS Certification within first 30 days of employment
      • Experience: N/A
      • Must be competent in all routine diagnostic procedures, including but not limited to: Routine, OR, Trauma, Portable radiographs or fluoroscopy; limited specials such as Myelograms, Arthrograms, etc.
