    This position\'s main functions are to provide leadership to Embroidery and Twill associates by seeking the most efficient ways to obtain high production rates without sacrificing quality and to promote an environment that fosters teamwork and safety.


    Weekly Schedule:
    Thursday - Saturday, 5AM - 5PM

    Hourly rate starts at \$22.00 / hr


    Responsibilities:
    Supplies orders to all operators.
    Group moves all orders once complete.
    Inspects twill for accountability and accuracy
    Requisitions material and establishes sequential delivery dates to departments, according to job order priorities and material availability.
    Examines material delivered to production departments to verify conformance to specifications.
    Computes amount of material required to complete job orders.

    Compiles and maintains manual or computerized records such as material inventory, in process production reports, and status and location of materials.

    Moves or transports materials from one department to another.
    Arranges for repair and assembly of material or part.
    Observes all sewing operations to detect defects in stitching that indicate machine malfunction and notifies supervisor of malfunction.
    Repairs defective embroidery or fills in blanks left by embroidery machine.
    Monitor associate productivity to ensure goals are met.
    Work with production scheduling in meeting timely delivery of products.
    Provide added assistance in quality production of embroidered garments.
    Monitor and implement safety procedures.
    Proven effective interpersonal skills.


    Qualifications:
    High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required
    1 year of previous experience with embroidery and machine operation required
    Knowledge of digitizing software is a plus
    Communicates effectively and professionalism
    Fluent with computers, alphanumeric data, operating an embroidery machine and working with small objects (i.e. threading needles).
