    Responsibilities Include:

    2. Trial and Hearing Preparation: Assist in the preparation of trial and hearing documents in both state and federal courts.
    3. Stay Up-to-Date: Keep abreast of developing case law to ensure effective representation of clients.
    4. Legal Research: Conduct research and preparation of memorandums to support case strategies.
    5. Case Analysis: Provide case analysis and strategy regarding active matters, contributing to successful outcomes for our clients.
    6. Document Control: Manage document control and data management in production and discovery processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
