Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Office Coordinator & CRM Specialist to join our team. As the hub of communications and coordination for the office, your role will be key to excelling our customer's experience from first touch when someone calls in for an estimate to installation and follow up.
Your daily goal will be to keep leads moving, projects on track, and confirm and communicate scheduling to our customers.
