Team Rehab is a network of therapist-owned outpatient physical therapy clinics with locations in Michigan, Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, and Georgia.
Our goal is to deliver top-quality outpatient physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy. Our aim is for our patients to have a positive therapy experience and noticeable health enhancements. We have expanded from our first clinic in 2001 and now have clinics across multiple states.

Responsibilities:
Overview:
The Clinic Director position at Team Rehabilitation is a unique opportunity for Physical Therapists who wish to have ownership in a clinic while receiving company support. This role focuses on developing and expanding an outpatient physical therapy clinic, emphasizing the delivery of outstanding therapy with measurable outcomes. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to patient care and consistently exceeding industry standards.
Strategic Planning:
- Work closely with Medical Directors on clinic setup, location decisions, and equipment selection.
- Ensure Quality of Care is prioritized, tailoring treatment to each patient's specific goals.
In addition to regular Physical Therapist duties, the Clinic Director is responsible for hiring and managing clinic staff.
Marketing:
- Support Marketing Representatives and collaborate with other clinics on marketing initiatives for overall success.
- Maintain connections with medical professionals to enhance patient referrals and promote Team's commitment to excellent care.
- Engage in marketing events and community activities to strengthen the clinic's presence.
Financial and Operational Management:
- Manage patient scheduling and treatment strategies to optimize their experience.
- Set clear productivity expectations and monitor performance.
- Budget management to support clinic financial health.
- Oversee expenses and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
Stay informed about healthcare laws, enforce policies, and handle patient feedback efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Doctorate or Masters in Physical Therapy
- Passion for owning/operating a clinic
- 5+ years of proven excellence in patient care
- Strong commitment to continuous education and growth in Physical Therapy
